By accessing and using CleanIntell (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
CleanIntell provides a records and communication system to property managers. The Client keeps the janitorial vendors they already use; CleanIntell holds the record of that work — visits, documents, credentials and messages. CleanIntell does not employ cleaners, does not provide cleaning services, does not select or assign contractors, and does not set the price of the cleaning.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from CleanIntell containing sign-in codes. We do not send job alerts or marketing by SMS; notifications are delivered as push notifications in the app. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out & Help
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
CleanIntell bills the Client a monthly software fee, processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Clients agree to maintain a valid payment method on file. What a Client pays a Contractor for the cleaning is agreed between them and does not run through CleanIntell.
The Platform is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. CleanIntell makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included. Documents filed by a Contractor are shown as filed; CleanIntell reads the dates from them and does not confirm them with the issuer.
In no event shall CleanIntell be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
