How a job actually reaches you
Nobody assigns you anything. Here is the whole sequence.

A manager adds their building
They set the address, the days they want service, the service window and the scope of work, and they add photos of the site.

They bring you on as the provider
You are there because a client chose you, not because a system matched you. Nothing here ranks contractors or decides who gets offered what.

You see the scope they wrote
Square footage, building type, service days and the full task list — in your language, whichever that is.

You deal with the client directly
Message them in the app in Spanish or English — it translates both ways, so you write in whichever you prefer and so do they.

You clock in at the building
Your phone confirms you are on site, which is what makes the visit record stand up if anyone ever disputes it.
What we do not do
You are running a business, not taking a job. That cuts both ways, and it is fairer to say so up front.
We do not assign you work
Nothing lands on your schedule without you choosing it.
We do not supervise the work
How you clean, what you use and who you bring is yours to decide.
We do not provide equipment or supplies
You bring your own, as your own business would.
We do not carry your insurance
You hold your own license and general liability policy, in your business name.
A record, not a boss
Your agreement is with the client and it does not change. CleanIntell holds the record of the work — your visits, your documents, your messages — and nobody here assigns you anything, scores you, or takes a share of what you are paid.
You Are The Boss
You are an independent contractor. We review the license and insurance you already hold, then you are free to accept jobs that fit your schedule.
Direct Relationship
Message the facility manager yourself, in English or Spanish — the app translates both ways. Keep the building as long as you and the client both want to; that relationship is yours, not ours.

Valid ID
Government issued driver's license or ID card.
Business License
Active business license for the city where you will work — it must be on file before you can be linked to a building.
Insurance
General Liability Insurance, from any licensed broker you choose.
Smartphone
iPhone or Android with data to use the CleanIntell App.
