How it works
CleanIntell is a record system for the janitorial service you already buy. Six steps, and none of them involve changing who cleans your buildings.
Add the building, then send an invitation to the janitorial company that already cleans it. You are not choosing from a list and we are not proposing anyone — the relationship already exists, and this is you recording it.
The contractor creates their own account under their own business name and uploads an active business license and a certificate of general liability insurance. We read the expiry dates off those documents and show them to you.
Arrival is recorded at the property itself, checked against the building’s coordinates on our server rather than on the phone. That turns "did anyone come on Tuesday" from a disagreement into a record.
Messages go straight between you and the contractor — no account manager in the middle — and translate between English and Spanish inside the same thread, so neither of you has to write in a second language.
Visits, messages, scope documents and credential dates collect against the building instead of scattering across inboxes and phones. When somebody asks what happened at a property in March, the answer is in one place.
A building that has gone quiet, a license about to expire, an insurance certificate that already has — these surface on their own, in words, before they become the reason for a difficult phone call.
Most confusion about what CleanIntell costs comes from these being treated as one number. They never touch.
The cleaning price
Between you and your contractor
They keep all of it. It does not run through us, we take no share of it, and it is not something we set, suggest or benchmark. If the two of you renegotiate, nothing on our side changes.
The software fee
One flat monthly fee, priced off the building
This is the only thing CleanIntell charges you. It does not change based on who cleans the building, how often they come, or what you pay them.
Worth stating plainly, because every one of these is something a software company in this position is usually assumed to do.
The fastest way to judge this is to look at a building you manage and ask what you could not currently prove about it.
