CleanIntell Platform Terms
Contractor is an independent business and not an employee of Cleanintell. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer/employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
Cleanintell is record-keeping and messaging software that a property manager buys. It does not connect, match or introduce anyone — Contractor reaches a property only because a Client who already works with them invited them to it by name. Cleanintell does not provide cleaning services, does not supervise or control work, and does not direct how services are performed.
Contractor agrees to:
Contractor represents that they are legally authorized to perform work in the United States and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
Contractor is responsible for all federal and state taxes, self-employment taxes, and reporting income. CleanIntell does not pay Contractor and therefore issues no 1099; Contractor is paid directly by the Client.
The Client and the Contractor agree the price for the cleaning between themselves, and the Contractor keeps all of it. CleanIntell charges the Client a separate monthly software fee for the property; the Contractor pays CleanIntell nothing and CleanIntell takes no share of the cleaning price. A Contractor works a property because the Client invited them to it.
Contractor may work for others and operate independently. Cleanintell offers Contractor no work and runs no job board: the only thing Contractor is ever asked to accept is an invitation from a Client to one named property, and accepting or declining it is entirely Contractor’s decision.
Contractor retains full control over how services are performed, their schedule, methods, and tools.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
CleanIntell keeps a record of Contractor’s visits to a property: the date and time each visit starts and finishes, the tasks marked complete, any concern Contractor reports and any photograph attached to that report, and messages sent about the property. CleanIntell does not record Contractor’s location, and does not track Contractor between visits or outside them. The Client who owns the property can read this record. Contractor can read their own record at any time, and may ask CleanIntell for a copy of it or for it to be deleted.
By checking the agreement box during platform onboarding, the Contractor provides their digital signature and agrees to all terms outlined above.
